Does anyone remember this game? It was a very cold Saturday afternoon on the 20th Novemeber 1993
I agreed in a drunken state the night before to drive 3 of us from Sussex to Barnsley for the game. In my drunken state I also agreed to take two friends who were Fulham fans to their game at Rotherham on the way
What a great day. All went to plan and we won 3-1 and even the Fulham boys were happy with a 2-1 win
The day sticks in my mind for one thing... Chris Armstrongs goal after, I think, 9 seconds
Neadless to say I returned to the beer in the evening!!
