We are pretty much out of plan B managers now if a new plan A manager is having a bad run of games in the relegation zone!

Don't think any manager could have gotten more out of the group of players roy has this season!

We havnt been in a relegation fight since roy took over! I remember saying to myself! I just want a few seasons of no relegation worries which is what I've gotten! :-)

When we do eventually get relegated I just want somthing to show for being so long in the prem! It will take years to come back up!

Earlier in the season Hodgson mentioned that he was keen on still managing / coaching yet now he says he's not sure?
Put yourself in Parish's shoes for one moment: next season is critical to the club's fortunes - playing staff out of contract and over the hill, need to reduce salaries, Academy not ready yet for PL level, return of crowds etc. There's a lot to do so the last thing I would want is a manager who can't make up his mind.
Another year's contract for Hodgson would be mere short termism whilst the real rebuilding job is at our doorstep.

I've just put myself in Mr Parish's shoes. Tell you what, they're bloody uncomfortable.

I don't believe it as the job of a chairman is to plan for the future which is impossible if the manager is so indecisive. Roy's position has been decided but for some reason or other hasn't been announced to the world
