I’m one of those who is having difficulty downloading. Apparently their are times now when you can visit the club for help but you have to book online. It says click this link (in the app) the link takes you to events but not this one. HELP!!!

You need to be logged in to your account on the ticketing website, otherwise it will just show the junior training day options

Due to the type of phone I have I can't download anything or print out anything .
I went to the ticket office in the week before each of our home games to get a ticket .
At long last they sent me my plastic season tickets in the post , although mine came a month after my partners did .
Sod all this downloading stuff and go for the plastic , simpler and easier

I took a snapshot of my QR code, cut it out and then laminated it. It works fine getting in. Saves faffing about with your phone to get in.

I think I've heard everything now. A pal of mine decided in the summer not to renew his season ticket. Yesterday, out of the blue, he received through the post a plastic season ticket, as he had been identified as a "non-smartphone user", together with an apology for taking so long. Yes, I suppose it's not great to get your season ticket after missing four home games, but as he didn't ask for it or pay for it, he hasn't got much to grumble about. I don't know what he intends to do.

Maybe you could ask him which seat number is on the card as it may be my one which they’ve posted twice to me but yet I haven’t received either yet!
