Buh.. buh.. but... they are highly motivated and have a manager who knows what he is doing, playing in a direct manner that is easily understandable to all.

I'm sorry but thats ridiculous. Everton have a much better squad and team than us. They have been desperately underachieving for years through poor decision making but now have a manager that can organise a team.

Our team has some huge weaknesses that I'm not sure exist elsewhere in the division. I don't want to name names, but I think two, perhaps three of our starters are right at the bottom of the division in some aspects of their play. Those weak links are incredibly important.
