30+ years of watching matches at SP I can tell you that save was up there with the best ever seen here. It was a world class save, without Speroni wba were back in, game on! The guy doesn't get anywhere near the credit or praise he deserves. All up, for a new'r young'r more dynamic keeper to take the number one jersey at cpfc but you'd have to be in the worlds top 10 to even challenge for Speroni's position right now, the guys on fire and anyone outside of his form is benched no mater what you cost! BTW - Worlds top keepers perform at the top level beyond late 30's. Speroni has got loads of milage left in him and fully deserves the praise and recognition he will get tonight for his amazing gk attributes. I agree Foster definitely got to the ball first, but he did go in with his leg up, studs showing on Chammers. It's a foul anywhere else on the pitch these days.
