This is for an FA Cup semi final. 76,000 tickets have been allocated to the two teams, with the rest going to Wembley Club members, sponsors, FA hangers on, etc. At the Final itself, a much more prestigious occasion than a semi final, a lot more of the tickets will be given to Wembley Club members, sponsors, FA hangers on, and also county football associations, etc, leaving far fewer tickets available to be allocated between the two teams who eventually get there.
