If possible I would prefer to see these clubs in the Premiership. 
 In 1969-1970 season 19 of those 20 teams you name (including Palace) were together in the old first division. The only club not present was Villa.

It's hard to not include once big clubs... like forest, leeds etc. The premiership is a whole different beast these days. I think Wimbledon, purely for the commitment to get their club back, deserve a shot. I like Bournemouth in it, i don't think Newcastle deserve to be in it. However, i would like to see Celtic in the premiership. Actually, the league cup should be scrapped for the Nations Cup - throw scottish and irish teams in the mix. great idea!
