best place overall some godforsaken Northern turnip town called Craven, Yorkshire surrounded by ecky thump and Nora Batty types no doubt. Lovely. Worst place - West Dunbartonshire. Full of jocks. Horrible. Best place near me - where I actually live. Clever question people.
