As it seems Hackney Council appear to be hell bent in introducing such a malicious, utterly bizarre and meaningless piece of drivel why cant they at the same time start a tax on hipster beards, unicycle riders and bars that sell cereal at £5.50 a pop - all plagues which also are at epidemic proportions in that fair and fragrant borough. They would make enough money to make a FIFA official blush

bars that sell cereal??? It's official - I don't know how to party anymore I have visions of a dance floor awash with spilt milk, rise krispies and honey nut loops.
