I've read a couple of bits recently regarding the authorities response to allegations of abuse since Savile. Panorama takes a look at the Dolphin Sq allegations *I couldn't find the original thread

I read that. Seemed to me they're saying we didn't find any evidence. Did they check Leon Brittans shredder. That Bishop who just got found guilty of a series of abuses, turns out MP's, members of the Royal Family and Celebrities pressuring the police to just issue a caution for raping kids.

I think the Police need to investigate any claims of child abuse. I'm uneasy with the public naming of individuals before the allegations have even reached court.

I think the Police need to investigate any claims of child abuse. I'm uneasy with the public naming of individuals before the allegations have even reached court. Do you think an MP should be making unfounded allegations that he demands the police investigate, when there is no evidence?
