Box Office Choose Seat Grey-ed Out

I've logged in with my season ticket log in as I want to buy a ticket for the FA cup game and both quick seat and choose seat are grey-ed out. I can only click "more info". Can anyone explain why/tell me how to get around it.

Common problem. Just have to ring them up and get tickets over the phone.
