Has anyone watched this on BBCiplayer? Watched it last night and thought it was brilliant. An old school mate of mine plays Barry Hearn, thought he played the part very well. It reminded me of 'The Damned United' from a few years ago.

I finally watched it last night, thought it was excellent. The voices and twangs for Jimmy, Barry and Alex were uncanny at times! I would highly recommend it. Regarding your mate, I didn't realise it was him until the credits ran and couldn't believe I didn't recognise him beforehand.

I have zero interest in snooker but thought this was excellent.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

It was brilliant. Brought back a lot of memories and thoroughly enjoyed it. Amaazed it hasn't got a showing on proper tv.

They want people to realise that iplayer isn't just for catching up with stuff you missed. They also don't have as many guidelines to adhere to regarding swearing and the like.
