I'd rather Rashford went than Rooney, who over the years has lost his sharpness and developed an attitude when pulling on the England shirt compared to the young Rooney that wowed us all and put fear into the opposition at the 2004 Euro Championships. I hope Woy goes with Kane and Vardy as our two principal strikers, but Rashford as a wild card impact sub might be interesting. I fear though that Woy will feel the need to play Rooney until desperation kicks in and we need a proven goalscorer, which Rooney has failed to be of late representing England.
