And the prize for the sport with the moaniest commentators goes to............snooker. If it isn't about a 'kick' it's about the cloth producing too fast a bounce. I don't want to turn it down because they do give good advice in what the player may be playing for.

Has anyone listened to the Spanish TV football commentators ? Non-stop gabble.Sounds like a radio commentary. Edited by Willo (23 Apr 2016 11.25am)

On the subject of snooker commentators, I recall "Whispering" Ted Lowe who died a few years ago aged 90. He was one of the greats and fondly remembered (Amongst other things) for his classic :
