BBC released XI

Valdes - Others have mentioned, could be alright
W.Brown - No, not good enough for Sunderland, not good enough for us
Demichelis - Maybe, for a year
Kolo Toure - Maybe, was ok when stepping in for banned Sakho
Hibbert - No
N'Zogbia - No, career gone nowhere for years
Flamini - Possible as competition for Jedinak, not ideal option however
Rosicky - Injury free, he's a fantastic player
Sessengon - Should be a target, can play number 10 or wing, better creative passer than Wilf or Bolasie
Adebayor - Well, no obviously
Anichebe - Could have done a job for us when we were relegation fodder but I expect we'll be looking for a pricier striker.

Agree with all of this except I'm not quite so keen on Sessengon - he was good for Sunderland a few seasons back but haven't seen him do much in recent seasons.
