What an amazing performance yesterday. Could be worth an approach with Villa in the Championship next year. Can play left centre back as well as left back.

Can we please refrain from suggesting players based off Euro performances? That way madness lies - its one game FFS. I remember three years ago when he was humiliated by Zaha vs. Blackburn for the entire game - it was embarrassing for him*. * Only reason I remember this was because it was before Zaha's international call-up and all my prem supporting plastic friends were like "yeah, but can he do it at international level?" and my response was "he's just rinsed Martin Olsson all game in the Championship who's the exact same defender he'd play against in the Sweden friendly..."

Makes me laugh that everyone always compares any crap player to Brolin. Yes he was a knackered old goat when he played for us but in his prime he was outstanding. World Cup 94 he, and Sweden, were brilliant and I seem to recall he dumped England out of Euro 92 too.
