If a club in England were found guilty of as much dodgy stuff as Barca (or a number of other Spanish clubs) we would be thrown out of UEFA. Illegal state funding earlier in the week, Messi today, Neymar next. Agreed. They've somehow managed to obtain this semi-sainted status in the last few years, but they are an appalling club. Should have been docked points by now.

So, Mr Messi, when is a jail term not a jail term?

Ask Eric Cantona. He actually spent time in prison though, for something no one else in the country would have gotten more than a fine for (on any given Friday night).

Majorca consider themselves to be Catalan Never heard of that, and they don't play in the Copa Catalunya. They'd have Espanyol and a load of lower league sides.

The Palace fans who attacked Charlton on a train to Selhurst all did time, some were directly involved and others were just there at the same time.
