Anybody experienced this company ? Reviews are mixed and I don't want to commit to bad three day tickets.

I don't really think an organised tour is necessary. Plenty to do in down-town Seattle - wouldn't really need a tour in my opinion. I certainly wouldn't go with anything sounding Irish - usually a rip-off.
