Oh, so it's ok when the Italian government do it but when I went to Rome and offered an 18 year old 500 Euros for a 'cultural experience' I was arrested. Hypocrites.

 

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold...

not as good as the rite of passage of having your virginity taken by the village prostitute when you became 16 like the Italians used to do back in the day .

not sure its true but I saw it in an Italian 60s film and I find the whole thing rather romantic
