It might help if the manager was stood on the touchline giving directions, geeing players up etc instead of slouching in the dugout looking bored and as if he didn't really want to be there! He does that at every club but i agree, last night he should've been up sooner than at roughly the 1-1 stage. He'll clearly be relying on new faces he's already intending to get in and any hopeless players from last night who need to go or not play.

At least last nights defeat will demonstrate to big Sam what he's taking on. Some of the players aren't fit to wear the shirt and need to be shipped out ASAP. Too many players have been under performing for way too long now. I still reckon Allardyce will work his magic and we'll get some new faces in who want to play for the club.

I just hope that SA & SP get cracking quickly in this window, get some players in now and we don't f*ck about and sort deals out on the 31st, as we'll be another 3 league games gone and still trying to sort out this mess. The most dissapointing player for me this season has been Dann. Gone from being a potential England player to s***e. Can't believe it's just the captaincy. Hoping sam will sort him out.

I think he will try to offload Townsend in the window. He must have been furious with him to hook him so early in the 2nd half. A lot of people laughed when he kept signing Nolan everytime he went to a new club. Its because he trusts him to give 100% every game likewise his interest in Collins who is someone else he trusts. He will ship out the non triers
