How long do you spend on the internet?

Was thinking about this the other day and thought, yeah, I'm always surfing the internet and it takes up a big chunk of my time. What about other folks... any peeps thinking of cutting down or not worried about the time they spend on the net? saw an article about a fella who cut down time on the net and became more productive, was able to spend more time reading books, with friends, exercising and , I guess, pursuing hobbies. and of course there's the spoken word piece that went viral 'Look up' about ditching your phone... Anyways, what does the hol think about all this internet malarky?

I spend too long. Sitting on my fat @rse. and getting fatter. Without HOL, I would be fitter, leaner, better informed, more productive at work. But I like being an internet addict better. My browser is locked into: HOL, BBS, BBC, Amazon and xhamster. what a pitiful existance
