I'd say Koscielny just deliberately elbowed Lincoln's Rhead in the face in the box, which should have been a second red card in consecutive matches for him. Needless to say the ref did f*** all about it.

Having now seen the incident it was a definite penalty. Fonte stuck out a leg so the referee was absolutely correct to point to the spot.
