Yes,I have the same thing when I try to book .It's a pain I don't want to pay a fortune and wait ages to phone the ticket office.

season tickets go on sale to members of the waiting list on 12th- 18th ( through a phased approached) If you're not on the waiting list you will have to wait till after 18th
