After seeing the programme the night before the 1st day I wanted to The best thing BBC Wimbledon ever did was take Virginia Wade's lugubrious tone off women's tennis. Fackin ell did she make you want to turn over or consider life was so bad it had to end. Her hair in '77 made her look 40+.
