Bilic. They have spent a fortune in the transfer window and he hasn't got anything left he can change. De Boer has hardly spent anything (yet) and has the option of reverting to a back-four game. I would want de Boer out if he doesn't change to a game that works, whereas Bilic I would have thought was toast because there's not much else he can do.

FdB won't go first because that would be good for us. Premier league, administrator and so on doesn't matter. We are absolutely s*** and it looks hopeless, most know what to do but it won't be done - insane and pathetic

We're losing because our players are being forced into a system which doesn't work. That can be easily changed. Bilic, on the other hand, seems to have totally lost the plot.
