I've heard people say that Sullivan/Gold are not seen as ones to pull the trigger in haste.

All I will say is that they have pulled the trigger dismissing both Avram Grant and Gianfranco Zola since they took over in 2010 so they do make decisions which they feel is in the interests of the club.

In terms of Bilic, in 2015-16, his first season they finished 7th, last season 2016-17 they finished 11th and now they are just above the relegation zone so the direction of travel is not encouraging.
