Ref was spot on to 2nd yellow far to much diving going on in the Prem.

Thought he had a blinder. Got two major decisions in our favour correct in quick succession (push for disallowed goal & second yellow for Ndidi for diving). We’ve had these go against us recently and I’d have been fuming if we didn’t win today due to bad refereeing decisions.

Thought he was also right on the Benteke penalty appeal as in my opinion he’d lost control of the ball (due to a shot attempt which came off his heel!)

Atkinson's positioning allowed him to see it clearly while the ref i the other match was too far away. With the exception of the missed call on Benteke, where Atkinson didn't have a good position, he got virtually everything right. He's been a top ref for many years and could teach guys like Clattenrat a thing or two about positioning and consistency. He also knows that not even his family goes to a match to see him officiate.

What’s that got todo with being flattened from behind??

I have to say I’ll take a ref like this everyday of the week and twice on Sundays.
He must have been unsighted for the assault on Benteke
Otherwise excellent.

is it my imagination or do Leicester do more cheating than the average prem club ?
