With possible no Zaha and Tomkins and and and? Tomkins is potentially a big miss for us as he has been excellent recently. Wilf will also be missed but no point playing him with injury worries as he won't be as effective anyway. I still think we will do better than 3-0 even with these injuries. I hope RLC is back on the pitch as he sounds keen to impress and put the effort in.

Any points from this would be a massive plus, and I think we will get something. We have had some good performances against the top teams of late, and only just been edged out in the final seconds of games. Liverpool will have one eye on the City game for sure, anyone saying “they won’t” is kidding themselves. An early kickoff straight after an international break makes me believe we will get a point....

Lawrenson seems to be going with this theme as well in his predictions. He's going for 1-1, which is interesting as you'd think he'd be all over Liverpool.

Palace 2 - 2 Liverpool This would be a good result given that Zaha probably won’t play- Tomkins is injured (yet again) and Schlupp is out. Injuries creeping in again :-(
