Man City have just signed midfielder Jorginho and are apparently still pursuing Mahrez

With only the little-used Toure departing to date as far as I know and another attacking midfielder in Phil Foden likely to be given more chances it seems they might look to give young fringe players a loan option

TBH, I know little about him but he turns 19 just prior to start of season and has played once for Spain U-21. Made 5 sub appearances for City in league last year so must be reasonably highly rated but ,given his age, probably not on that large a salary
