CPFC Online Tickets Issue

When I try to look at or book tickets online, the "choose seats" and "quick seats" options are greyed out. Is this because they're sold out, or there's something wrong with the website/my computer?

I've got a Chromebook, so it should have the latest version of flash, which is enabled on my computer. Quick Seats are available on the away games.

I've found that if you haven't got sufficient loyalty points, these areas are usually greyed out until you reach the phase where you're able to purchase.
