Any one think any of the 7 development players sent on tour are actually going to get any serious Game time next year? Dreher, Woods and Kirby are the most well known and have been on the fringe of the squad for a little while now. There are a few others too RH seems to want to take a look at. Are Any good enough for the Step up? Lord knows we need them to!

I think we're likely to see a couple of cameos from Dreher and Mitchell may be used as our back up to PVA. Outside of that, I'd be surprised to see any of them in the Premier League and maybe they will get some minutes in a cup game.

Along with Dreher and Kirby i also see huge potential in Flanagan and Daly, i'm not sure about making the step up due to the competition in front of them, but there's promise there. That being said i thought Kaikai would be the next Zaha..

Woods will almost certainly be one of our backup CBs and play in the cups. I think Dreher's appearance in the final game last season is a sign that Roy might try to give him a chance this season. Kirby perhaps too young. If we royally cock up this transfer window and end up with Benteke, Wickham, Sorloth, and Ayew as our striker options, we'll maybe see Daly as a desperate alternative.

Daly completely anonymous tonight. Sorloth missed a sitter but at least put himself about. I don’t believe either are the answer

Benteke, Wickham and Sørloth on top - and now Ayew seems to be next player in. Would not put any money on double numbers from any of them.....not even 10 goals from the quartet.

Young Boys drubbed Eintract Frankfurt 5-1 ergo we are 2nd in the Uhrencup table with 2 points (2 points for a shoot-out win according to Wikipedia).
Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes) |
