Poor old Roy getting rather confused these days. I think it's you that's getting confused if you want to compare their young players to ours.

If Roy Hodgson IS so good at motivating the team exactly why have we played so abysmally in the last 5 games? There is a lack of talent but that cannot excuse such spineless performances (excluding the 2nd half v. Chelsea) If Man Utd are going to beat us at least show some of the 'Chelsea spirit' and go down trying to play football.

I can always trust that I can log onto this website, and see old statto quoting some good old fashioned stats. Bravo, statto.

We seem lately to always start the season out like a bag of s***e, and pick up later. After the Covid hiatus, this is like the start of the season again. This was predictable. Roy is as Roy does. Steve Parish would rather open a new belt shop and put Jason Puncheon in charge than fire Roy Hodgson. Roy will leave when he feels like it, having been a fairly steady, utterly boring and negative, defeatist, dull as ditchwater grandpa type manager who hasnt moved the club on at all during his tenure. His crowning achievement is getting loads of right backs injured and being forced to either play his wife at right back or AWB, thus unearthing a gem of a player by complete and utter fluke.
