No reason why this sequence shouldn’t occur but 20 people having a winning ticket looks a bit unusual.

Many years ago when I was a teenager instead of getting up very early every day to deliver newspapers I checked the football pools on a Saturday night instead and there was a huge number who used blocks of consecutive numbers often starting with 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8

There's a reason why you should not pick sequential numbers like 123456.

If by a miracle you won you would end up sharing it with thousands of others. Apparently it is one of the more common groups of numbers. Better to stick with random numbers and hope no one else does.
