Car Parking Fine

After a bit of advice.

My Daughter has just recieved a parking fine from the Home bargins Car Park Edenbridge.

The time limit is 90mins + 10mins grace The Camera pick her up entering and Leaving. Which was 101.42mins.

I would like to challenge this as she was obviously not parked for the allowed limit as she had to find a space and then had to wait to get out onto the main road. Has anyone challenged one before on the same grounds.

You might have a problem here.
They will probably argue that the 10 mins grace is to allow time for finding a space and getting out.
Does sound a bit petty though, doesn’t it.

I think you might be right though the grace period could be to allow you to pay at the checkout?

Check Martin Lewis website for this. Got information for ignoring wasteland car parking fine scare letter(s) of over £100.
