Given the current climate his crocodile tears seem a bit grating. Kids get teased for sorts of things, but the fact their Dad is no longer a footballer seems pretty tame. They are millionaires and set for life unless they do something stupid. Of course it won't be nice for him if he has to retire, but have some self-awareness and stop crying to a world with bigger problems.
