She may or may not be guilty, but has been released without charge, it also may just be a coincidence this happened when Johnson resigned and the honours list is announced, but I don't believe in coincidences, but it keeps his forelock tugging deluded supporters happy! Goodness knows what they would think about Michelle Mone if the police ever tried to investigate her! Scottish police investigate c£600k yet south of the border hundreds of millions seems to have gone AWOL with dodgy PPE contracts etc and covid payment fraud yet the police seem disinterested. I do think she's guilty BTW - buying a £100k camper van seems very suspicious.
