If Palace were still mulling it over you can't blame him for taking Fulham up on their offer before he inevitably gets injured again. Imagine he'd gone on tour with Palace and got an injury that wrote him off for six months without pay. Like ESR this could be another great signing for Fulham or they could end up lumbered with one or two players who get to chill in the prawn sandwich stadium.

If Palace were still mulling it over you can't blame him for taking Fulham up on their offer before he inevitably gets injured again. Imagine he'd gone on tour with Palace and got an injury that wrote him off for six months without pay. Like ESR this could be another great signing for Fulham or they could end up lumbered with one or two players who get to chill in the prawn sandwich stadium.

(A guess) Glasner probably wants a decent level of fitness and more running than he wants to do. If he didn't want to play for us then fine, don't let the door hit you on the way out.

If it is true, in Glasner I most certainly do trust.

I think we’re already in good shape and the loss of Olise, although a real shame, actually looks like it might enable us to bring in a couple of useful additions.

It may be that OG balanced his injury record with what he saw in training and decided his body wasn't up to it. I can't believe the decision would be based on ability, but we're never likely to find out. It might also be that Glasner or Dougie has someone else in mind.

Glasner may have decided to give Tayo Adamarola his opportunity, he clearly likes speed, Tayo is like Kenny Sansom was. Sessengnon just not what he wanted apparently, there's no doubt he can play.

Agree with this, but, i read somewhere beginning of the week, that Tayo was going out on loan, can't remember(age thing) who to.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

It’ll be interesting to see if they have someone else in mind or have decided to stick with Tayo as backup. It would be good to see someone from the academy/ under 21 team step up.

Stockport County apparently though not finalised. I guess Glasner feels sessegnon wasn’t an upgrade on Tayo so why sign him and loan Tayo . It’ll be interesting to see if they have someone else in mind or have decided to stick with Tayo as backup. It would be good to see someone from the academy/ under 21 team step up.

He's signed a 2 year deal with the option of a further year - a good deal for him considering his injury record.

i agree. The fact that his deal with Fulham was announced immediately after leaving us strongly suggests his agent was negotiating with both us and Fulham simultaneously and no doubt using one offer to get an increase in the other.
