What a sh1t start to the year.... another one gone. I loved his radio 2 show in the mornings - it felt like he died when he retired from that (and Evans took over and ruined it) I remember his spoof p1sstake of the raising of Henry VIII's flagship Mary Rose at Portsmouth.... his was the raising of the "Raleigh" (a bike LOL) at Carshalton Ponds! He loved certain songs and this one was a favourite of his and mine... Home Thoughts From Abroad - Clifford T Ward The words are very poignant.... "I miss you.... I miss you... I really do!" RIP Sir Terry - always a twinkle in your eye!
