Willo hasn't constantly denied being the infamous Trolley on the BBS but it doesn't take much effort to prove that he's telling porkies as a search on the BBS for some of Willo's favourite words will show but today he dropped a real clanger:- Posted today on HOL :- Originally posted by Willo

I recall being seated in the 'Directors Box' next to the late, great 'Bill Nicholson' during an FA Cup home game against 'Huddersfield' many moons ago and the legendary 'Manager' was singing the praises of our combative midfielder who of course eventually found his way to 'White Hart Lane'.

Maybe the infamous Trolley (Whoever he/she is) was also sitting next to/behind the late great Bill Nicholson, I've no idea at all who else was in Bill's vicinity. I seem to recall that Trolley mentioned about sitting in the Directors Box that's all.I note that Trolley was absolutely clear that the game was v Huddersfield whereas I am not too sure and thinks it might have been the game.I think what I have read today from Trolley confirms to me it WAS that game. Anyway,I've repudiated the allegations and will make no further comment as it will surely degenerate into yet another WILLO thread. So no further 'Charges' will be answered.

I never visit the BBS and know nothing of the chap of whom you speak, however (if it matters to anyone, and I'm not sure why it should) the styles are ridiculously similar, particularly the completely 'inappropriate' use of 'inverted commas' at 'random' points in the 'sentences'.

That evidence seems pretty damning to me that Willo and Trolley are one and the same person... it is virtually the same script. Nobody is capable of continuing to be another persona on here without eventually making a slip up and giving away their true identity. Never the less, you are feeding his ego by highlighting this information which is what he wants. Starve him of the oxygen of attention and he will fade away like all trolls (trolleys) do.

I ' noticed ' that too ....

There are those who peddle the 'Myth' that I revel in the limelight yet my statement above is proof positive that this is not the actualite. Do the above two quotes from the BBS sound familiar

I have just conducted a search on the BBS for one of Willo's favourite phrases and found the following by searching for "a midge in the swarm" Originally posted by Trolley A mere contributor, a 'midge' in the swarm and a mere mortal amongst all the erudite luminaries who grace the 'Good Ship BBS' with their presence.
Originally posted by Trolley On the assumption that 'Best' is used in complimentary terms, I certainly would NOT be so arrogant as to place my good self on a 'pedestal' by claiming that I was worthy of such an accolade even if I concluded that I was deserving of such plaudits.
Au contraire - I have consistently stated that I am but a 'midge' in the swarm and a mere mortal amongst all the erudite luminaries who grace the 'Good Ship BBS' with their wit, wisdom and insight. I think I'll give up now
