So important to get the three points today. Wasn't pretty towards the end but in my opinion we looked the superior side.
Cannot wait for Stoke at home, would be nice to see us stuff a team by 2 or 3 for the first time in ages!

They got thrashed today and haven't started the season well - this is the sort of game we used to miraculously lose at home, but with a cutting edge up front and momentum behind us I think things will be different this time.

Stoke took a right beating today, and have had a terrible start, traditionally that's the kind of team we do poorly against lol.

Needed the win today, great result.
Beat Stoke at home and we will have 2 wins, 2 defeats and a draw, with all the new players , would be decent.

Hughes will be no the stand next week.

Stoke are better than their position suggests. Will be a difficult game.

Stoke will cram the midfield and do everything in their power to make it difficult, knowing they might nick something since we almost never keep a clean sheet. Very tough game for that reason. There's not a team in the division we can just roll over and it's an error to think otherwise.

Think Stoke are the perfect team for us to play. They need a point and are the sort of team that can play for a point. That will play right in to our hands, I fancy a late winner for the first 1-0 home win of ours in ages.

Stoke are a different team to what they were 2-3 years ago. They actually try and play football.

They will be looking for a win, so can't see them cramming the midfield and playing out a due counter-style. It certainly will be interesting.

Couple of weeks ago I had a cheeky £2 at 25/1 for Hughes to be the next sacked but once Bony gets going they will be ok. Didn't they start terribly last year as well?

Is Charlie Adam still playing? I hate that fat bast*rd. I also hate Mark Hughes. In fact, Mark Hughes, Steve Bruce and Gary Pallister are three ex-pros that I really, really dislike. I always imagined they would get involved in some nasty stuff. Sorry, this is about Stoke. I think Big Ben may well give us another win.
