Queen get mentioned a lot but surely they are very popular. They have sold more records than any other UK band except the Beatles as I recall, so hardly hated. My musical tastes are so eclectic that I can't really get involved in these sort of daft threads. Music is music, you either like it or you don't. There is no credibility issue for me, whether you like Mozart or Madonna. I could point out that Madonna isn't a very good singer and Shirley Bassey is, but that doesn't mean you have to prefer Shirley Bassey. It's all good. Carry On.

I have to admit that I think Robbie Williams is an extremely talented vocalist. But I haven't defended him on the other thread because most of his songs are cack and he comes across as a total bell end. So I hear what you're saying.
