why another right back ??

Can someone tell me why we are trying so hard to sign another right back, forgive me for being blind, but we desperately need a left back.Am I missing something

Maybe the lb's aren't available, meaning we have to go for RB's and put either them or Ward at LB.

The reason is we have BFS as manager and he is unable to think any further than defensive players. It has no relevance left or right he only wants defenders and no goals conceded and one point per game. Suppoertes think differently.

I would have thought Sam is dead right to be looking at defenders due to the fact we let in shed loads of goals.

Defense is massive problem and any addition is great. Does not matter what position. But he has to be better than existing obv.

My only problem with that statement is that the same defenders were able to keep many clean sheets under Pulis which might indicate that the managers have some part to play in the keeping of clean sheets.

But they dont have any competition, do they? And that makes them lazy. Position is granted no matter what.

He also played a back 3 with Sunderland, Schlupp can be a wing-back, Ward probably would struggle.

On Tuesday HD was awful against a league one side. Everyone's been sagging off Kelly, bug ward has not been much better.
