Barrowboy and banker London Bridge

Anyone been in there lately? They’ve f**king killed it.
The massive sweeping bar has gone and they’ve only got one normal lager (peroni) on tap, the rest is all that pale/craft ale s*it.
All the fellas behind the jump have got beards and they are making it more for dining.
Thought I’d walked into a parallel universe yesterday. Been my favourite pub for years, it’s c*ap now.
Some things in life need to stay the same , p*ss all over the floor in the holmesdale toilets, uk gold always having only fools and horses on and the Barrow boy and banker.

What happens to this odd and pretentious breed when they disperse to the suburbs to raise children? Actually may be better if they don't and gradually die out because the next generation realise they look ridiculous.

The best pub around there is the Market Porter. Real ale galore and lager for the little boys.

Go and enjoy a decent pint there.

Got drunk and fell asleep on the train and woke up at Gatwick.

Was a top pub back then.

Nah mate. Love borough market. But the pubs are 2 bob. Market Porter , wheatsheaf etc. All cr*p
