I saw Supertramp in the late 1980's at The Royal Albert Hall with Princess Diana. she was in the Royal Box, I was in the stalls. Nearly bumped into Sarah Ferguson at a horseshow around 1994. Managed to swerve as she had massive bouncers,(oo, err missus), and also my girlfriend pulled me away, as she thought I was going to say something inappropriate (which I was) Sophie and Edwards place is in Bagshot, an old haunt of mine. wife said 'hello' to Dame Helen Mirran 2 years ago at a craft fair in East Sussex. Dame Helen has played a couple of monarchs, so is well up there.

I met the queen and duke of Edinburgh in 76 at the opening of Theatr Clwyd. I was only a kid they were really nice.
