I like chicken liver and goose liver, not so keen on the others. Steak and Kidney pie is the king of pies.

Liver, Kidney, tripe and the like could be covered in the Virgin Mary's golden tears and still taste like the residue left behind in a tramps sleeping bag after months of him soiling himself in it.
