Charge registered on the club's assets

It seems that a charge has been registered on Selhurst Park and the land and pavilion at Copers Cope Road by Mgg Lux Waterford 1 S.A.R.L. which is a company registered in Luxemburg. All signatories to the charge have been redacted. Any idea what this is about? The obvious answer is that is security against the monies put in by John Textor but there may be another answer

Texter is trying to buy Molenbeek and Blitzer owns waasland both in Belgium

Wouldn’t see it as anything to worry about. Quite common for overseas investors to use a security agent

CPFC 2010 Ltd is the borrower, the charge is against CPFC Selhurst Park Ltd and as mentioned upthread, the security agent is MGG Lux Waterford, a debenture.
