Independent reporting he is considering selling his stake. No buyers yet. Buyers may insist on Parish selling his interest or, at least, diluting his voting interest. If true and if happens it is the story of the year. So why is a largely reactive slacker like me the first to post??

Living in the US you see owners of “franchise” organizations are definitely more profiled, media seeking and hands on with day to day business dealings than with PL clubs. For example the superbowl trophy is presented to the owner first then passed to the coach then the players at the end! These mega rich people want their moments in the sun (although Harris and Blitzers multi-billion dollar Washington Commander investment ended 4-13 and a fired head coach this week). My only real surprise is that Textor wants to quit on us and not the other 3 clubs in his portfolio. Might be a control issue he has with Parish and he now wants to take his toys elsewhere!

I would say that his major issue would be that he has 45% ownership with only 25% voting rights, I would think anyone would find that frustrating -

His whole involvement has been a huge disappointment. I wonder at how Parish and Textor brokered a deal in the first place.

In the summer it was apparent that Harris and Blitzer wanted out. So potentially there is approx 80% of the club to buy. That is a total controlling interest.

No, but we are in the minority and we need to accept this is probably the ceiling of where a supporter chairman can take us.

That probably explains why we will not be buying anybody in this transfer window and are just looking at loans.
