£8m that's a lot of money for a bench warmer, from what I saw of him last season both home and away, he is nowhere near as good as the two centre backs we already have, he doesn't have the physical presence of Delaney, or Tactical awareness and ball control of Dann.

There's a limit to how much you can shine in what turned out to be a shocking Cardiff team. Bare in mind all the off field shenanigans compared to a settled club like ours plus midfield cover for the defenders. At 22 he's still only a kid in terms of centre halves.

Can see this still having a long way to go. If it's true he's accepted our offer over qpr's then great. But the fact there was reports of him hanging on to see if Liverpool make a bid to makes it seem like we're the safety team just in case no one bigger comes in for him. I don't care how much he costs because it's not out of my back pocket if Parish thinks he can fund these transfers then he can. He knows what he is doing financially and Pulis knows what he is doing on the football pitch. Good young English talent and solid centre half. Hope Delaney can move to left back as Pulis seems to like playing with four centre Halfs! Good signing at the end of the day.
