We look so amateurish. Our movement, passing and possession is shockingly poor. I don't think there is another team in the Premier League who play worse football than us.

At this rate it is going to be a slow crawl to end of season safety.

Unfortunately we won't have a new manager until the season finishes.

Should get someone in now so they've got a chance to see who they do and don't like. Then they can have some sort of plan in place for the next window.

The thing is I don’t get this “we will be safe with Roy”

History in every job has shown that when he does survive longer than two minutes he takes the side on a downward curve. (Excluding the first job) He can build a base no doubt, but over time that erodes. Look at England, any time it came to do anything other than defend - we bottled it.

It’s gone stale, the players aren’t listening - call it what you will but things change and unfortunately our manager can only parrot out one message. He’s essentially a glorified Neil Warnock, with one method of doing things. Our tactics never adapt and when he is given a player like Eze - rather than play him in his favoured position he shoehorns him out wide to accommodate two non performing individuals.

The manager's not good enough, the team's not good enough, the ground is not PL standard. 8 seasons and £1bn through the coffers and this is what's on show.
Piss poor.

I just hope we can get enough points to get away from 2nd or 3rd from bottom. Looks a distance at the moment but I don’t see how this team under Hodgson can get enough points. It’s abysmal, we look like conceding goals galore every match we play these days.

Absolutely dreadful.
Defensively shambolic.
I am molten with anger.

I hereby retract my previous remark regarding your prematurity. You were sadly prescient. Our midfield against theirs seems to be two against five most of the time. hope we don't get 'hammered' again.

My god what a depressing watch!
Does anyone see an inspirational Half-time team talk coming from Roy or an even less likely substitution.

Can we be anymore poorly set up for this game?

Shocking state of affairs then you look at our bench and realise we havn’t even got a player to replace the worst player on the pitch Andros Townsend. Truly awful

Agree 100%, can't understand why some people think this is acceptable, this isn't a one off its the norm, Roy may have saved us but for FFS this is dire and it anit gonna change.

I very much doubt we will survive.
Team looks 'Shot'.
Guaita needs to be replaced as he has been found wanting for both goals.
Dreadful.

No excuses but BT have said that if lines had been drawn by VAR. first goal was offside. Still would be a travesty if were level

Good post. The facts are staring us in the face. This team is going nowhere but down under this manager. Please do something SP.
