It's either that or possibly somebody who has sincerely misjudged the purpose and nature of a fans' football forum... or football supporting in general.

The 0-4 loss at home to Sunderland years ago, maybe the few months this season or even perhaps the short lived FdB debacle was the time for an incredible sulk but it's a bit odd now.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Wanting Parish out is not a view that I subscribe to, but the OP and his alter ego aren't capable of articulating themselves properly and seem to lack an understanding of how a football club is run. Therein lies the problem.

Add to that the performances of Brighton and Brentford and suddenly things look a lot worse than they really are.

Last season was an odd one, what with the WC break...and tellingly the poor showings from clubs you would expect to be higher in the table - Chelsea, West Ham, Wolves, Leicester - and there was an opportunity to sneak a European spot, which Brighton duly did ( deservedly I add ).

Just my hunch, but I question whether the analytical methods so successfully adopted by Brighton and Brentford will continue to sustain.Will that get them 11 consecutive seasons in the Prem ?

I'm probably clutching at straws here, but having a release clause of £35m in MacAllister's contract was the first hint of a slip up in Brighton's makeup.

Maybe too much can be made by us in particular of the Brighton surge, not totally convinced by Brentford, but they did pull off some good results last season.
It’s becoming obvious that a sophisticated and successful operation is in progress at Brighton, which hasn’t just left us behind, it’s left a lot of clubs asking what it is they are doing wrong. All three of the relegated sides should have competed better with Brighton, in fact dont Brighton simply replace Leicester in the surprise achievers stakes?
Brighton have made everyone below them in the table look like under achievers , but then as you say ,there was a lot going on in general, and quite apart from the rumours of problems in doors at Palace ,that fixture list after Christmas would have pushed any mid table side. Things were not perfect so we are told, but we had a decent points for games total up to that period.
Being envious doesn’t help, standing still would be worse, my only hope is we don’t stand still.
